Linda and Yvonne, along with tenant scrutiny panel members and tenant inspectors, will be passing on practical hints and tips and the benefit of their experience in relation to tenant led co-regulation.
Also, don’t miss Ralph Smale from the Tenant Services Authority who will be giving a regulatory update – a must given that the Department of Communities and Local Government have now issued their draft direction on proposed changes to the national standards.
Rafael Runco, Deputy Housing Ombudsman, will be discussing the proposed changes to complaints resolution; again not to be missed.
