The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) is reviewing the governance ratings of Gentoo and Central & Cecil (C&C) Housing Trust – both of which already have a G2 and V2 rating. The associations could be downgraded to a non-compliant grade following the investigation.
Gentoo self reported an issue to the regulator and are conducting an independent review with a view of reporting on their issue
C&C found some internal issues that required attention and contacted the regulator in line the duty of co-regulation.
