Seven social landlords were lsited in the top 100 employers in Britain for lesbian, gay, bi and transgender staff.

B3 Living was the highest placed social landlord this year in the Stonewall Top 100 Employers list, coming fourth. They rose 44 places compared to last year, scored highly for having consistent policies and routes for reporting bullying in the workplace, bespoke training on LGBT issues and strong senior leadership.

Metropolitan climbed 37 places to eighth and Tower Hamlets Homes, which manages 21,000 homes for Tower Hamlets Council, came fifth.

Your Homes Newcastle (36th), Circle Housing Group (22nd), L&Q (64th) and Riverside (69th) also made the top 100.

Gentoo has been named a Stonewall Star Performer for repeated strong performance and has ‘graduated’ from the list.
