Open justice, the Institute for Public Policy Research argues that criminal justice agencies are failing to make use of the digital tools that are available to them.
The think tank also state that whilst information on levels of crime and anti-social behaviour is widely available the report argues this is not presented in a way that is valuable to communities or victims of crime.
