Fayann Simpson, resident board member at L&Q, has been awarded an Order of the British Empire (OBE) for services to tenants in social housing.
Fayann has spent nearly 20 years working as an involved resident.
She joined the L&Q board in 2018 and formed part of Dame Judith Hackitt’s Industry Safety Steering Group, following the Grenfell Tower fire.
Well done Fayann, this is more than deserved.
