The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has said it will account for the impact of coronavirus on housing associations when making compliance judgements.
For the moment the In depth Assessments which RSH completes for Housing Associations over 1000 homes, is to be suspended, whilst the regulator moves to make this an off-site inspection.
This is likely to mean that the RSH completed the current regulatory checks and evidence gathering as normal, but contact with Boards and Executives etc. will be completed on line.
