Earlier this year we celebrated a variety of innovative programmes for homeless and other vulnerable service users at the LankellyChase Digital Empowerment Awards organised by Lemos&Crane in collaboration with homelessness charity Thames Reach and the LankellyChase Foundation. There’s a sample of one of the entries in this email – and you can read about many more here.
Lemos&Crane is also working on a collaborative research project on digital empowerment that will be published early next year. It will provide a comprehensive picture of how homeless people access the internet, what they use it for, and how they think digital technology could improve their relationships with service providers. Read more about this in the panel opposite.
