Government direction to the TSA issued

Many of you took the opportunity to comment on draft directions from the Government (the Commmunituies and Local Government department) on issues of tenure, involvement, allocations and mobility between July and September.

The Government has now issued a summmary of comments received and final directions to the TSA (the regulator).

These issues are now included in the Localsim Act and  incorporated into the TSA consultation paper (see the blog on 21st November 2011).
