The merger between The Guinness Partnership and Wulvern Housing has completed so its all change in Crewe.
Guinness has grown into a 65,500-home organisation after Wulvern moved its 5,500 homes under its ownership.
Wulvern’s 200 staff are now employed by Guinness and members of the Wulvern executive team have taken up new roles at the merged organisation.
Wulvern was created in 2003 through a stock transfer from Crewe and Nantwich Borough Council, and its homes are spread across Cheshire and Staffordshire.
Three Wulvern board members have joined the Guinness boards.
