London homelessness prevention charities Thames Reach and Vital Regeneration have agreed a merger set to take effect on 1 March.

Vital Regeneration will become a subsidiary of Thames Reach after talks opened between the two organisations last year were concluded by the boards. The merger will allow Vital Regeneration to roll out its Homeless Employment and Learning Project (HELP) initiative across more London boroughs.
