CIH vice president and tenant Alison Inman and governing board vice chair Geraldine Howley have both been awarded an OBE in the Queen’s birthday honours list.
Alison, who is due to become CIH president later this year, was recognised for services to social housing tenants in Essex, while Geraldine, a former president who is now vice chair of CIH’s governing board, was recognised for for services to housing, young people and the community in Bradford.
