The HCA upgraded the governance ratings of five landlords – PlusDane, East Thames Group, Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust, Merlin Housing Society and Soha Housing.
It downgraded the governance rating of 2,000-home Suffolk Housing Society to a compliant ‘G2’ for not publishing a “robust” value for money self-assessment on time.
