Department for Work and Pensions Secretary, Iain Duncan Smith has outlined a policy to limit the number of children in a family that qualify for child benefit.
Speaking to John Humphrys on Radio 4’s Today programme, Mr Duncan Smith put forward his idea to limit child-related benefits for people who ‘began to have more than two children’.
