Investing in Involvement survey

The National Tenant Organisations, working with sponsor landlords, housing trade bodies (the Chartered Institute of Housing, the National Housing Federation, the National Federation of ALMOs and the Association of Retained Council Housing) and the University of Birmingham, are working on a programme called Investing in Involvement.  This programme aims to establish a common accessible framework for landlords to work with their tenants to identify the business and other benefits of tenant involvement.

We would be most grateful if you could complete a short survey to help us in developing the programme.  The survey can be found at:

https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/investingininvolvement

The Investing in Involvement programme is intended to lead to as many landlords as possible working with their tenants to produce brief and easily accessible Investing in Involvement Statements.  Producing statements would involve gathering some evidence of outcomes of tenant involvement; having dialogue amongst your tenants, staff and other stakeholders to agree outcomes; and producing the statements.  Our aim is that that this will not be a long and complex process.

Summary information on Investing in Involvement is available at:

And the full draft Investing In Involvement framework is at:

Many thanks for completing the survey.
