CLG’s consultation on neighbourhood planning regulations has been set up to gather views on proposed regulations governing the establishment of neighbourhood areas and forums, the requirements of Community Right to Build organisations, and the preparation of neighbourhood plans, neighbourhood development orders, and Community Right to Build Orders.
Consultation closes 5th January 2012.
