Ms Elphicke, (MP for Dover and Deal), will Chair the interim board developing the new arbitration service for complaints about building work in new build accommodation
The temporary New Homes Quality Board will oversee the creation of a permanent Board, develop a new code of practice for the house building industry, and agree appointments for the independent ombudsman.
