Awarded to the business which works to positively build the skills of women as a key component of its growth strategy.

Medium Business Award (250-999 employees)

Awarded to the the business which has made a significant contribution to the recruitment, development and retention of their female talent.

Large Business (more than 1000 employees)
Awarded to the business which has made a significant contribution to the recruitment, development and retention of their female talent.
