The HCA published 17 regulatory judgements in total today (see box). Four landlords- Bolton at Home, Brunelcare, Inquilab Housing Association and Two Castles Housing Associations- received governance rating upgrades. Shropshire Housing and Villages Housing Associations had their viability ratings upgraded.
