Two sets of Regulations for LA tenants are intended to make it easier for tenants to take the lead locally – either by taking over responsibility for managing housing services, or by exploring options for transfer from their local authority.
The Government belives that giving tenants a greater say about the management or ownership of their homes and communities will help to deliver the Big Society in local authority housing.
