Housing association tenants will be able to take their first step to owning their own home under government plans to extend right to buy. The government has agreed some pilots with willing HAs around the country.
A pilot scheme, delivered by 5 housing associations, will help inform the design and implementation of the main scheme before it is rolled out across the country following the passage of the Housing and Planning Bill.
