Small social housing contractors are set to share in a potential £1 billion new build and refurbishment windfall.
Circle Housing Group has invited contractors to tender for a place on its new build housing framework. The total value of capital works projects is expected to be more than £500 million and could rise to £1 billion.
Contractors on the framework will be used for Circle projects in London, the south east and East Anglia worth anything up to £10 million.
Contractors have until 15 April to complete pre-qualification questionnaires ahead of bidding for a place on the framework.
Last year, the 64,500-home landlord awarded contracts to four major firms as part of its 10-year £1.2 billion repairs and maintenance framework.
