Yvonne recently had the pleasure of working with 20 Smaller Housing Associations in the North West to develop and hold a conference about tenant scrutiny. Around 150 tenants attended the conference and participated in a range of practical scrutiny activities, as well as learning about the national picture and what it means for them and their landlords.
