A new report outlines the potential of bottom-up approaches to tackling anti-social behaviour.
The Royal Society of Arts published a pamphlet arguing that low level anti-social behaviour could be tackled through the introduction of conflict resolution training for public sector workers, volunteers and citizens.
The pamphlet’s author, former Downing Street policy strategist Ben Rogers has now written a follow-up report ‘First Aid Approaches to Managing Anti-Social Behaviour: From Concept to Policy’.
