Inside Housing has reported that the Clarion Housing Group staff will be denied full sick pay for the first three days of any illness under new contracts at the new housing group, accoridng to Inside Housing.
Clarion contracts mean staff will not receive occupational sick pay for the first three days of illness, regardless of length of service. Changes will applies to new staff joining Clarion and for internal staff who are promoted.
