Consultation has just concluded that they TSA will commission inspections, using a brief that requires the inspector to determine whether the landlord meets the TSA standards and regulatory requirements.

For scrutiny purposes, many of the groups we have worked with have found the KLOEs a useful checklist of things to look for when approaching a subject area like repairs, or anti social behaviour. Scrutiny Panels have found the TSA standards too short and open to interpretation on tenant inspections.
