The HCA has reported that South Mildmay Tenants Co-operative and Addiscombe Catholic Housing Association have both failed to submit financial statements within six months of the last accounting period.
Both associations are “not compliant” with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard and the regulator is now considering what further action it will take against these associations.
