London Patient Voice (LPV) was established to be an independent citizen scrutiny group, and has the role of seeing how England London meets  its duty to consult with and involve patients and public in commissioning decisions.

CfPS was awarded the contract to create, recruit and train a group of Londoners to scrutinise NHS England London Region (NHSELR) public involvement activity, and has supported the group over the last 12 months.

We are now looking to recruit two new members to join the  LPV members to continue this work in the second year.  Applicants will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a patient focus in the commissioning of health services for London; as well as a good understanding of the legal framework and relevant guidance relating to patient and public involvement in health.
