As the minister announces to parliament about the delays in re-homing survivors of Grenfell, a paper trail of the failures in the system of building regulations in the build-up to the Grenfell Tower disaster has been published.

82 households in emergency accommodation, and 25 of these are families with children.
62 households out of 208 which have moved into permanent accommodation.
The fire was in June 2017!
