DNA – is the Diversity Needs Assessment. Its an acreditation scheme for equality, which considers how the business supports diversity through leadership, and through inclusive policies to support and train tenants. Its up to date in that it considers the routeplan for welfare reform and other actvities to celebrate where housing organisations support the wider community. GGHT equality officer Cam Kinsella recieved the Award from Clifton Robinson at the NHF.
